It's currently a size 6, but it's certainly sizable by your local jeweler. You want it to fit just perfectly, as it's clearly a top-heavy design, and you wouldn't want it to be spinning around. In fact, it weighs in at 15.93 grams!

The ball-o-fun is set in 18K gold, and I adore how the setting looks like little petals around the ball. It's a beauty!
