There's nothing like the patina of old gold, and you know I love mixing eras!  This large 15K locket is from the 1890's, yet I think it looks so bold and modern. It mixed perfect with that Mid-Century vibe I love.

I think it works equally well on a short chain or torque, or a long chain. It's easy to wear as your statement piece, or mixed in with other pieces from your jewelry box.
